Ileana D’Cruz

Ileana D’Cruz is an Indian actress who primarily works in the Hindi and Telugu film industries. Born on November 1, 1987, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, she grew up in Goa. Ileana began her career as a model before making her acting debut in the Telugu film industry.

Ileana gained popularity in the South Indian film industry with her debut Telugu film “Devadasu” in 2006, directed by Y.V.S. Chowdary. Her performance in the film earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South. She subsequently appeared in several successful Telugu films, establishing herself as one of the leading actresses in the industry.

Her breakout role in Bollywood came with the film “Barfi!” (2012), directed by Anurag Basu, alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra.
